Shipping Rates

BambuOak offers flat-rate shipping anywhere in Australia based on the weight and volume of the orders. The delivery costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. BambuOak reserves the right to request extra freight contributions for remote/rural areas or for large/heavy orders.

 

Shipping Times

Once your order is dispatched, it can take approximately 5-12 business days to be delivered. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once dispatched.

 

Free Shipping

We do offer free shipping for orders $50 and above. Please note: bulky items are not included in this offer 

 

Return Policy 

BambuOak is committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. However, sometimes things can go wrong and we're here to help you. Please do not send any item(s) back to BambuOak without first contacting our online team. Contact BambuOak customer service at: support@bambuoak.com. 

Included with your request must be the following information:

  1. contact number
  2. transaction ID (receipt number) OR a copy of your invoice/receipt.
  3. brief description of the fault or issue including the photographs of the products

 

Returns for Change of Mind

We encourage you to choose carefully from our collection. Remember that we are always here to help you find the right item. Returns for change of mind must be completed within 10 days of the date of shipment. Please note that BambuOak does not offer a refund for a change of mind returns, however we may offer a credit voucher that can be use to shop BambuOak products. The credit voucher will be issued when the goods are received by BambuOak in original condition, including complete, undamaged product packaging.

 

Returns for Damaged Items

If your goods have arrived damaged please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Once the return is approved we will organise a pick-up where possible. In the case of damaged or faulty goods, a photograph of the item can help us determine the best way we can assist you. Please include a photograph with your email.
